- An additional £25 is charged for use of the screen and projector.
- All weekend events will be charged a refundable security £150 deposit
- All bookings are at the discretion of the Village Hall Committee, and the booking clerk has the right to refer any request to use the hall to the trustees for their approval.
- Weekend evening parties are restricted to Bourne End residents only and are at the discretion of the Village Hall Committee.
- Weekend evening community-based events must be booked in advance, and the booking administrator is advised (by email).
- Bourne End Village community events should be booked directly with the administrator and advised with at least a month’s notice of an event. They will produce an invoice for the period requested.

5. Hall accepts (or declines) booking
6. View the hall
7. Pay the invoice
8. Receive hire instructions (including check list, entry codes and emergency contact number)
9. Post hire check by hall staff
10. Deposit return
Viewings
If you wish to view the hall, either before or after making a reservation on the system we’re happy to show you around. As the hall can often be busy, we can only confirm the following times on a regular basis:
Monday to Friday: 8 to 9am
Friday: Afternoons (between 1 and 7pm)
If you don’t turn up for a viewing, and want to arrange for a second time, we charge £15 which is deductible when you make your booking. Please email bookings@bourneendvillagehall.co.uk to arrange a convenient time.
