We’re delighted to be welcoming Kate next month, bringing her Pilates classes to the hall from the 9th June. There will be two sessions each week on a Thursday morning, throughout the summer.

Kate is a Level 4 instructor, and her classes are suitable for both men and women (and of all abilities). Pilates can help core strength and help with injuries and posture problems.
